William Perales - Broker Associate
William A Perales is a licensed Illinois real estate broker since December 8, 2017. Prior to his current career, he was a retired Federal employee who worked for the USDA as an Agricultural Commodity Grader (Grain) in New Orleans, La from 1978 - 2005 and finally moved up to the supervisory rank position in Chicago until his retirement in 2012.
Born in 1953 and raised in Manila, Philippines, he earned a BS in Commerce degree major in Marketing at Letran College in 1974. After graduation, he worked for Pfizer Inc (Philippines) and eventually settled down with his wife, Madeline before leaving for States.
They resided and raised 3 wonderful boys in Kenner, La for 29 years and moved to Chicago after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Fortunately for him and the family, there was a USDA satellite office located on the South side of Chicago along Calumet river where he eventually finished his career tenure of a total of 33 years as a civil servant.
As of now, William and his wife reside in a their retirement condo in the heart of downtown Chicago since May 2012 who for 5 years occasionally chauffeured their 2 grandsons to school and daycare . As they completely fell in love with the scenic beauty and safety of their surrounding, its cleanliness, the different amenities that come along when living in the city such as the near proximity to restaurants, retail shopping stores, churches, cafes, hospitals, doctors’ offices and the Magnificent Mile, William decided to venture into real estate to share his knowledge and professional expertise to other people in living safely and enjoying the city life with style.
